My name is Fergie!

Fergie is finally ready for her forever home!  She is a 2 year old female Tri-colored Mini Australian Shepherd.  She joined the rescue after being surrendered by her owner in PA.  She was in pretty rough shape and had to have all her fur shaved off becasue she was so matted.  It is finally filling back in and she is looking beautiful!  Fergie was pregnant and delivered 8 tiny puppies.  She was a wonderful mom to them, and now they are heading off to other foster homes.  Fergie is a wonderful girl!  She has been exposed to various farm animals including cats, dogs, sheep, goats and chickens.  Because of what she went through, Fergie will need a patient adopter that will give her the time to adjust.  She still is nervous with a lot of commotion, noise or fast movements.  Therefore, the rescue has decided that she needs a home free of young children.  With time and patience, Fergie will develop into a loving and loyal girl!    If you would like to add Fergi to your family please fill out an adoption application.  Her fee is $450 which goes towards vaccines, spay, and microchip.
