Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, everyone, my name is Sadie, and I was recently taken into the rescue when I found myself in a bit of trouble. Sadie was sadly one of the many stray buns we have been trying to help this year. She was lucky as she was seen by a kindhearted person hiding behind her garage and knew she had to help. She was able to catch her and brought her in her home for safekeeping until placement was found.
Sadie must have been kept in pretty dirty conditions before arriving as her feet were filthy and although she has a short coat, she had small matts all over her body. That has now all been cleaned up and she is no worse for wear.
Sadie has been seen by our wonderful vets and has been spayed. She is a sweet, curious bun who loves to run and play. She does not mind even being picked up which is quite rare for rabbits. Sadie is a smaller rabbit at about 2 lbs and she is full grown. She is so sweet she may be a great option for a bonding opportunity with any neutered males searching for a friend.
Sadie is now eating a proper diet of Oxbow Adult Rabbit Pellets, lots of timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water. So far she enjoys romaine, carrot tops and dandelion greens plus some treats like banana, apple and blueberries.
Would you consider opening your heart and home to a sweet little girl like Sadie?
