Hello there – I’m Kimchi, a cutie pie girl with “torbie” markings who was born on April 26, 2025 and surrendered to a shelter a few days later along with my 3 brothers. Being newborns in a crowded shelter put us all at risk and on the urgent list so we were very grateful that our dedicated foster mom opened her heart and provided the round-the-clock care that we tiny bottle babies required. Now I am all grown up and have blossomed into a beautiful girl. I am a little shy at first, but once I warm up, look out! I love to run and jump -- every toy is my favorite (although I am partial to small fuzzy mice). Sometimes I think I’m a dog and will play fetch with you! What I am best at though, is making biscuits - don’t you need a baker in your house? (P.S. my brother Wendell is also still available)
The cat adoption fee is $120 (or $190 for two cats). Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area. All cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV and feline leukemia, fully vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed and microchipped. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Clear Lake Petco (2410 Bay Area Blvd, Houston 77058).
