Meet Saja – the sunshine kitten with a heart full of joy! ☀️
Saja is a 5-month-old orange tabby boy who radiates pure happiness. He’s a playful, curious little guy who loves attention, toys, and anyone willing to give him a good cuddle.
Saja was born with a vascular ring anomaly, a rare congenital condition that affected his esophagus. He underwent corrective surgery in September and has recovered beautifully. Because of this, he is very food-motivated and still learning to slow down while eating.
To help him succeed, Saja currently eats five small meals a day. He does great with canned food on a lick mat, and he can eat hard kibble as long as it’s spread out on the ground so he can pick up the pieces one by one. He’s also transitioning to slow-feeder solids. His routine is working wonderfully, and he continues to improve with structure and consistency.
➡️ His foster will also send an automatic feeder (4-meal capacity) to his adoptive family to help maintain his feeding schedule.
Saja is affectionate, calm, and endlessly sweet. He purrs the second he’s touched and has that irresistible quirky orange-cat charm that wins everyone over. Despite his unique medical start, he doesn’t let anything hold him back—he plays, explores, and enjoys life to the fullest.
He would thrive in a home with kids or another playful kitten, and he’s done great with his foster dog brother. Saja adapts well to busy households and loves being part of the action. In return, he’ll fill your home with trust, gratitude, snuggles, and endless laughter.
If you’re looking for a joyful, resilient, and incredibly loving kitten, Saja is your boy.
