My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CASTRO VALLEY, CA:  Hello, my name is Zena! You may remember the TV show and comic book about a warrior princess named Zena (well, she spelled her name as Xena, but I prefer Zena!). And, well, I’m not really a warrior — in fact, I can be a little shy at first — but I am definitely pretty enough to be a princess! I have gorgeous white fur highlighted with striking tabby markings throughout my face, body, legs and tail. I am also very affectionate and will love sleeping beside you in the bed and giving you kisses and purrs.

I can be a little skittish at first or with sudden moves and might shy away, flinch or put my teeth on your hand (but I don’t press down!) With time and patience, my trust and affection (and kisses and purrs) will only grow. I kind of think I should be the alpha cat in the house — when you’re a warrior princess, that’s kind of expected, don’t you think? — but am getting along fine with the other cats in my foster home.

I was born in approximately June 2021.
