Hi, I’m Forky, a 6-year-old grey tabby with a soft spot for catnip, a love for quiet companionship, and a heart full of gentle charm. 💕

I’m not the kind of guy who demands constant attention—but that doesn’t mean I won’t happily lean into a good ear scratch. Give me a little time to warm up, and you’ll see me batting at bells, chasing string, and showing off my playful side. 🎾

I’m also on a special diet to help keep me feeling my best, so I’ll need a family who can help me stick to it (don’t worry—it’s easy to manage and totally worth it!).

I like my independence, but I also love the comfort of a calm home and kind humans nearby. If you're looking for a mellow, sweet-natured friend who enjoys the simple pleasures, I might just be your guy.

Our staff will have a conversation with you about cat care and discuss any important information related to your chosen cat.

Our adoption fees are low and don't cover the costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchips for each cat. Please consider donating!

Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cats and people in our community. We provide counseling, information, and resources to empower people to support their cats and others in the community. If cats cannot stay with their families or neighborhoods, we prioritize our intake on cats most at risk - cats in need of rehoming; kittens who need specialized care; and cats who have been abandoned, are sick or injured, or are not thriving in the community. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of attention and care for cats in our adoption program and provide a modern, free-roaming adoption center to minimize stress, serve the individual needs of each cat, and set up both cats and adopters for success.
