Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet baby girl, Marsala! She's a precious little lop with a glistening black coat and single white spot on her nose!
Marsala and her siblings were born in our care after their parents were discovered outdoors, living under someone's porch for months and rescued by an adoring group of domestic rabbit lovers.
Her loving mom, Tiramisu, gave birth here in the shelter and raised her babies healthy and strong in the peace of a home, with plenty of love and attention. Though each babe is new to the world, they're all slowly but surely blossoming into house rabbit life!
Marsala loves to spend her days finding the most comfortable positions to lounge in and exploring her various toys and enrichment opportunities. She adores her hay hidey house in particular, where she can lounge and chew in style. Marsala is a little reserved at first meet, but warms up with plenty of affection and quiet hang out sessions, and loves head pets with a little time to gain her confidence.
**If you are interested in meeting Marsala, please complete an Adopter Profile form at www.parl.org/adopt and come by to visit us during open adoption hours (Wed-Sun, 12-4pm)!**

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
