My name is Mama Madonna!

Mama Madonna is a gorgeous & gentle little lady. She has been an amazing attentive mom to her 4 babies. Even continuing to nurse them, long after her milk has dried up. She’s laid back & mellow. Gets along great with other cats & loves human attention! Unfortunately growing up on the streets has made her very distrustful of dogs. But that might improve once she doesn’t have kittens she feels she has to protect. This sweet girl has lived a very hard life & deserves to be spoiled like the queen she is.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

• $300 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
• $200 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
• $200 for kittens (6 months & under)   
• $125 for cats (older than 6 months)   
• $75 for senior cats (8 years or older)

Our adoption process is:

1. Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet.

2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
