Hello, my name is Morty I was found by an off-duty animal control officer pulled over to the side of the road after seeing my parents had sadly passed from being hit by a car. She was getting ready to leave when she heard me crying and coaxed me out of the tumbleweeds and loaded me in the car. She didn’t wanna take me to the shelter because she knew what my fate might be so she reached out to a couple rescues, and this one jumped at the chance to take me. I was covered in weeds and goat heads, and I did have a very bad Round worm infestation so my rescuer got me all fixed up dewormed vaccinated, microchipped and bathed and spent every single day, drowning me in love and kisses. I didn’t know my name was Morty because she calls me every other name you can think of, but I am super sweet super mellow and I absolutely love everyone. Her nieces and nephews come to visit and I get to play with them the youngest is one year two months. There are a couple cats in the rescue. One likes me one absolutely hates me, but I still try to spend time cuddling with her. I have almost mastered puppy pads because I am too young to go outside, but I am ready for my forever home because my rescuer is falling in love with me and I’m old enough to find a home of my own so if you think I would make a great addition to your family please contact my rescuer directly to schedule a time to meet.
