Hey there, my name is Daffodil! I'm a young, female Yellow-Bellied Slider who's looking for her forever pond! I'd love to live somewhere predator-proof where I can spend my days swimming and basking, and have a safe place to retreat when I'm feeling shy. It might take me some time to feel confident in a new place, but with time I'll do great! When I'm fully grown, I can be between 8 and 13 inches, so my home will need to accommodate my size as I grow! I can live to be up to 40 years old, so I'll be with you through thick and thin. You may call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment, or just drop by. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays).
We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
