My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dash here! You are looking at a terrier mix “teenage” puppy! I was picked up by one of the nice deputies of Animal Control as I ran around a crowded part of town where there were lots of people and lots of cars! I waited at the shelter for my family to claim me, but no one ever came. The shelter got me ready for adoption by giving me all of my vaccinations, they gave me a microchip, and they had me neutered. I am so ready to meet you! Please go to our website at www.montgomeryhumane.com and fill out the adoption application and send it in online. If approved you may come in anytime between 10 and 5.

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
