Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Groucho – The Mustached Mischief Maker! 🖤🤍
Groucho is a 17-week-old kitten with a sleek black-and-white coat and a signature feature you won’t forget—a perfect little black mustache that gives him his name (and his charming, quirky personality to match!).
Born under the back deck of his foster home to Momma Lisa (her second litter), Groucho has grown into a playful, clever, and curious young cat. Though he was part of a litter of four, he’s not bonded to his siblings and is ready to venture off to his forever home—though he’d love to have other playful feline friends to keep him company. He gets along well with cats of all ages and is particularly enthusiastic during playtime, chasing feathers, pouncing on toy mice, batting at soft cloth balls, and zooming after wire spring curls. He also loves a good climbing session and can often be found scaling cat shelves or perched on the back of a recliner, observing his world like the clever little comedian he is.
When he’s not busy chasing his tail or ambushing toys from behind pillows, Groucho likes to curl up for a nap—sometimes on top of a blanket or cat bed, sometimes underneath it (because why not keep things interesting?). He also loves mealtime and comes running when he hears the can pop! His current favorites are Purina One canned food, Purina Kitten Chow crunchies, and Friskies Natural Yums treats, which he will gently take from your fingers once he trusts you.
Groucho is communicative and expressive—he’ll chirp and meow when he wants attention or food, and when he’s happy and content, you’ll hear his deep, throaty purr. He can be a bit shy or cautious in new situations, but with patience, positive attention, and gentle handling, he continues to build confidence and show off his affectionate side.
