This beautiful lady of about 3 years is everything anyone could want in a feline companion. She's SO friendly and affectionate and would love to be someone's bestest friend. Frappe puts up with other cats and dogs, but it's people she really loves, including kids! She's also spayed, dewormed, flea treated, vaccinated, and microchipped! What more could anyone ask for? We focus primarily on spay/neuter and TNR, but there are rare instances where we have cats or kittens in foster care who need homes. We provide all vetting and want to make sure they go to loving and suitable homes for their personalities and needs.

We started as an organization that focused on spay/neuter of cats to truly reduce the population effectively and humanely. Our goal was to tackle the overpopulation of cats in Tioga County PA at the root cause, which was too many unaltered cats. However, we do sometimes have cats and kittens needing new loving homes, and who are we to not help the best we can?
