Calling all Beagle lovers and maybe even those who are on the fence about this spectacular breed. If you don’t like Beagles, take a hike. Alone. You have no idea how much more fun it would be in the company of a Beagle. Allow me to introduce you to PAISLEY who is between 1-2 years old. She’s Beagle perfection, though her ARRROOOO is lacking. She barks more like a dog than she ARRROOOOs like a Beagle. PAISLEY knows no strangers. She loves everyone. Want to cuddle? PAISLEY’s your girl. Don’t want to cuddle? PAISLEY’s your girl. Want to go for a walk? PAISLEY’s your girl. Don’t want to go for a walk? Well, if PAISLEY wants to walk, get off your butt and grab that leash. You’re going. She uses the doggy door in her kennel. She’s good with other dogs. In true Beagle fashion, she loves to eat-her food, your food, someone else’s food. Food is food. It’s all fair game. Just ask PETEY, in the kennel next to her. That little paw attached to PAISLEY’s leg makes its way under the chain links separating her from PETEY to try to swipe something he drops or doesn’t eat. PAISLEY was found on 250 last week near Beagle Club Rd in Scio where there is no Beagle club (thought that should be mentioned for all the conspiracy theorists) before coming to the Harrison County Dog Pound in Cadiz, OH. She wasn’t claimed by her family so she is now available for adoption.
