My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benjamin was lost for 8 years! He finally turned himself in, miles away from where he had gotten out. Thank goodness his microchip brought him back to us! He's s nice boy who's a bit wary of other cats—who knows what he went through in that time warp?! Benjamin is ready for adoption now that he's had some dental work done. His original owners are no longer even in this state so he is starting from scratch in the search for his forever home.

Those interested in adopting are requested to fill out an adoption application. After the application is reviewed and approved, the adopter is required to sign an adoption contract.

Animal Rescue Carolina (ARC) is a no-kill,501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is four-fold: 1) to promote spay-neuter, 2) to restore stray animals to good medical health, before adopting them into permanent, loving homes, 3) to encourage Trap, Neuter, and Return(TNR) and, 4) to educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals.
