Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you would like more information about Cielo or are interested in adopting him, please contact this number, 765-714-3851
Cielo got his name (which means sky in Spanish) because of his gorgeous eyes. My boyfriend and his kids found him and saw people from the house throwing rocks at him. Sadly, we think he got kicked out of his home. We have taken him for his vaccinations, and he is on heartworm and flea prevention.
We’ve only had him for a short time but have learned he’s a fast learner and importantly, wants to learn. We’re teaching him “go, come on, sit, no, stop, stay, wait” and “bathroom”. He’s made a good start on housetraining.
We think Cielo wasn’t exposed to many people or other dogs with his owners. But he has had no issues with my boyfriend’s kids. He played with them and never once got aggressive. And he’s getting used to my little chihuahua, who is pretty possessive and loud, lol.
Cielo is friendly and loves cuddles. He loves being outside. I work and frequently travel, also have my little 12-year-old dog, so this is not the perfect home for Cielo. He would be a wonderful companion to someone who has time to continue to teach him and could take him for walks and other activities.
