Want to adopt an animal you see online? Please come to the shelter. Adoptions are handled on a first come, first served basis. We do not hold animals.
In order to adopt an animal from Animal Services, you will need to provide a state-issued photo identification, be willing to sign an adoption contract, and pay any fees required for the adoption of the animal.

For strays we have a 72 hour holding period before the animal goes up for adoption. Animals turned in by owner (owner surrenders) are available for adoption immediately.
