Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rover is a sweetheart. Unfortunately as he has gotten healthier he is much stronger than I anticipated. This is the primary reason I need to rehome him - I feel unsafe walking him, worried I will not be able to control him.
Rover needs exercise! Lots of walks and runs, at least twice if not 3 times per day.
He would do best with a fenced yard or a large property where he can be ecollar trained.
I adopted him from the county kennel approximately 7 weeks ago. He has received veterinary care for pneumonia and lyme disease.
He sleeps thru the night; he does have a crate, but I have not left him in it for more than 2.5 hours. Rover thrives with lots of attention.
He is a great dog; this is not an easy decision. He is sweet and friendly with adults, playful, and smart. He should not be in a home with cats or small children though, his prey drive is strong. He is reactive to other dogs on leash, not mean, but very interested in socializing.
