My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Yinzer Sundae. This sweet little tortie girl has a big personality! Rescued as a neonate from West Oakland alongside her siblings, Sundae has grown into a confident kitten who knows exactly what she wants, especially when it comes to love.

Sundae is a vocal little thing who will let you know when it’s time for pets, and once the attention starts, she turns into a full-blown purr machine. She enjoys playtime with her siblings but also appreciates her solo moments. She’s affectionate but independent, and she prefers cuddles on her own terms, like the tiny queen she is. Sundae must be adopted into a home with another young cat (under 7), or with her sister Scooter Crunch.

Yinzer Sundae is about 6 months old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative. She is available at the Waterfront (Homestead) Petco Adoption Center.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
