Lina is a beautiful calico girl with an estimated date of birth of 6/20/22. She lives up to the hype of calico cats’ unique and spunky personalities! Lina loves to run, play tag, and tear up her rattly mice, and she goes berserk for bottle caps. She became a cuddle buddy and slept with her foster dad as soon as he earned her trust.
When Lina was found on the streets of Chicago, she was not in great shape. When brought inside, she showed some “tortitude” and was spicy but not aggressive. She has adapted very well to her new life as an indoor, doted-upon cat and just wants to be loved.
Lina would do well with or without a cat companion in her forever home. She gets along well with the other foster felines and especially likes to spend time with her foster brother Toco.

Once you have chosen a pet from online or visited at one of our adoption centers, you may decide to submit an application.

Interview
Your application will be acknowledged and a request made for a convenient time to set up a phone interview.

Home Check
We do not visit your home, but we do check vet and personal references.
4.
Approve Application
Once approved, you will meet with our adoption manager, sign your contract, pay your $175 donation fee, and pick up your new baby!

Adoption application is required. If approved for an adoption there is an adoption contract and a $175.00/$400.00 adoption fee. The $175.00 adoption fee for cats includes the spay/neuter, AKC micro-chipping, FIV/FeLV testing (Feline) or Heartworm testing (Canine), deworming, de-fleaing and vaccines.
