My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am being showcased by the Humane Society of Morrow County in an effort to find me a permanent home. I was surrendered as a result of a humane investigation. I was emaciated and the owner was unable to provide the care that I needed. After a medical assessment, it was determined I had whipworms which caused my emaciation. After treatment, I began gaining weight quickly and am a healthy, happy boy now. There are no long term effects of the worms infestation.

Here are my highlights:
• I am a neutered adult male estimated to have been born in 2020
• I have a negative heartworm test and am on monthly preventative.
• I am current on my DHLP and rabies vaccines.
• I am microchipped, housetrained and know basic commands
• I am good with other dogs following proper introduction. I did live with another dog at my original home. I seem indifferent to cats.
• I am extremely smart, loyal and eager to please.
• I enjoy playing with my jolly ball and other toys. I would make an incredible hiking partner for an active person and enjoy water play.
