Merry (Merladoc Brandybuck) and Pippin (Peregrin Took) are sisters and it was just the two of them in the litter. These sweet, playful girls were born in a foster home after their mother had been rescued from a hoarding house.
They are two peas in a pod and from day one were rolling around together. They love to play together and are always gentle in their play with each other as well as being gentle with the people who play with them. They love string toys, catnip mice, balls, pens that fall on the floor, anything that they can bat around.
Pippin and Merry play elaborate games of hide and seek, and when they're done racing around and pouncing on each other, they will find a comfy place to snooze. They love snuggly hammocks high up in a cat tree. They like interacting with people and will sometimes snuggle up on a lap. They are always happy to be cuddled (for a short time) and played with (for a long time).
Merry is the slightly more outgoing, spunky and curious of the two. She will be the first to come and greet you at the door and seems the most interested in smells, whether they're from the outdoors or from the coffee or food you have in your hand or mouth.
