Meet Jasper!
This gorgeous boy has a heart as big as his eyes. Jasper came to us after we rescued his mama from a life on the streets—sadly, she passed before getting the chance to enjoy safety and comfort. We promised her that her babies would be loved, and Jasper is ready for that promise to come true. He’s playful, cuddly, and full of personality.
