Ray is a strikingly handsome guywith a love for car rides, peanut butter-stuffed Kongs, and cozying up in the living room like he owns the place (because he should). He’s the perfect mix of adventure and chill—ready to play, but just as happy to hang.
Ray came into rescue after his family was separated due to immigration circumstances. Despite the upheaval, he remains full of life, love, and enthusiasm for what’s next. He’s independent but bonds strongly with his people and thrives in a home where he can be both your hiking pal and your couch companion.

We are a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons, all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, we ask you to first fill out the adoption application, which can be found in the main menu. You do not need to live in Lewis or Jefferson county to adopt; we do adopt out of state (and to Canada as well!)
