My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello… my name is Luna. I’m a friendly but shy and independent girl who loves people on my own terms. I can be fearful and a little grumpy if I feel uncomfortable, especially at the vet or during grooming, so I need a patient, loving home where I can feel safe. I’m an indoor-only cat who enjoys playtime with sticks and feather toys. I like to be pet and shown affection, but only when I’m in the mood. When I’ve had enough, I may hiss or growl, and I don’t like my butt or tail touched. I prefer not to be picked up, but I’m otherwise gentle and loving. I’ve never lived with children, dogs, or other cats, so I would do best in a quiet home without kids. I’m a little on the heavier side and need routine grooming, especially around my hind end, so my forever family should be prepared to help me stay clean and comfy. If you’re looking for a sweet, strong-willed girl who blossoms with patience and love, I could be your perfect companion.
