Lily is a special case and needs a lot or work and patience.
Lily's previous home went through a terrible storm where a tree fell through the roof. Between that and having a construction crew there she became very scared, mix that with her tortitude and you can imagine how she was. Went she first came to her foster home she screamed, growled, and hissed all the time.
Now Lily has calmed down quite a lot, but still has so much attitude. Lily needs a home with no other pets and absolutely no children. She gets along with the humans in her foster home, but is scared of the other cats and does lash out at them. She doesn't like storms, obviously, and is scared of loud sounds. It will take her weeks or more to get used to a new home. She has had stress induced urinary issues in the past, but none in her current foster home. She does need gabapentin to travel. Last time she went in to get shots she was fairly friendly to people who would come pet her.
We know this sounds like a lot, and it is. But this girl deserves a home all to herself where she is the main focus and can have the time she needs to heal.
