Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Microchipped, DOB May 18, 2021
Jack has a relaxed attitude and will be your best friend almost immediately. He is a big fan of face rubs, chasing a wand, and sleeping around your knees. He doesn't mind being petted pretty much anywhere, and can be carried if there is a destination (though wiggles will ensue if you are taking too long).
He will eat wet or dry food, and a lot of it. But his love for food doesn’t stop at cat food - you will need to keep an eye on your human food, even if it's in the garbage!
He needs to be the only pet in his forever home. He also has a tendency to waltz out of the apartment when the door opens, so keep an eye out for that, especially if you live in a house.
Jack has been diagnosed with a grade III-IV heart murmur, indicating Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM). The condition currently does not require any treatment, but the vet has recommended a follow up echocardiogram in approximately four months to determine the progression of his condition.
Bengals come with their own common traits that should be considered before bringing Jack home. They are basically the Husky of the cat world - they are extremely smart, energetic, and like to be around their humans; however, if they are left alone for too long or feel bored, they can get into mischief. This breed is beautiful, but it requires a higher commitment level.
Jack will welcome you home when you arrive and the meows come out when he thinks he is about to be fed. He also wears a harness to go for walks outside.
