Meet Nipper – A Shy Sweetheart with a Heart of Gold!

Nipper is a lovable Hound mix who was rescued from South Carolina and brought to Big Dog Ranch to find the happy life he deserves. While he may be a little shy at first, it doesn’t take long for his warm personality to shine through.

Once he feels safe, Nipper becomes a total lovebug—great with other dogs of all sizes and always happy to make new human friends. He’s already kennel trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is picking up new skills every day.

Nipper enjoys the simple things in life—toys, cuddles, and companionship. His gentle nature and sweet soul make him the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal, low-key buddy who just wants to be loved.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit the ranch. Our website adoptions page has all of our availalbe dogs and our adoption application at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. You are welcomed to come to the ranch seven days a week or you can make an appointment with our adoption desk. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
