What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Hoping to find a loving home for Cheddar and Lucy, a bonded brother and sister pair, 5 years old. We raised them from kittens, but sadly cannot keep them anymore :(
These two best pals would be a perfect fit for someone who likes their cats to hang out nearby, but not be needy for constant physical touch. They do not like to be held or carried, but love lap snuggles and pets, and will even sleep under the covers with you when the weather is cool.
Cheddar is a handsome boy with a goofy personality. Lucy is graceful and loves to play with toys. Great meows and the are not escape artists and use scratching posts/pads and they have never had any health issues or potty accidents. Weary of kids, but fine with them - and can get along with the right pets. They are very shy at first with strangers, so we would consider a foster situation at first to allow them to warm up and ensure a good fit in the right home. Once they know someone though, they are very chill buddies!
