Meet Vanja & Griselle – A Bond Built on Trust
Abandoned but not broken, Vanja and Griselle arrived at the shelter on July 22, 2025, side by side—just as they’ve likely lived their whole lives. These two lovely 5-year-old girls are looking for a quiet, loving home where they can stay together and feel safe again.
Vanja is the delicate, dreamy one—a soft gray dilute calico with a gentle spirit and a calm gaze. Weighing in at 8 pounds, she’s a little more reserved at first but warms up quickly, especially when she sees that Griselle feels safe.
Griselle, the slightly larger of the two at 9.1 pounds, is an orange tabico (tortoiseshell-tabby mix) with a warm, earthy coat and a nurturing vibe. She often takes the lead, offering comfort and courage to Vanja when the world feels overwhelming.
These girls are:
Spayed and healthy
Up to date on rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV vaccines
Tested for feline leukemia
Treated for fleas
Good with adults and kids alike
Vanja and Griselle have a special bond—they seek comfort in each other’s presence and would do best in a home that will honor and protect that connection.
