I am OBSESSED with this kitten. This little guy is just so sweet. Jasper was so shy to start but is starting to come out of his shell a little more every day. He was moved into one of the kitten rooms so is starting to learn what it actually means to be a kitten. The others accepted him fully, even though he came in all alone (and so scared). Jasper is quickly learning that people are good! He loves to be pet so he will completely lean into your hand for more. He has started rolling when you are petting him to allow you to love on him more. Once you walk away, he will peek out of his cubie to make sure you know he is still there. Jasper continues to show his true self, he loves other kittens and adult cats, he is playful, he loves to stretch out and show you his belly. Once he connects with someone (a volunteer) he will come up to us meowing for attention or food (which he loves as well). He likes to sit on your lap and will allow a limited number of head kisses. Jasper has exceptionally soft fur, that is a beautiful buff color! If you want a cute, calm, and LOVING kitten please consider Jasper.
IMPORTANT ******For young kittens/cats, we do require your home to include a similar aged feline companion. We may consider applications for certain older kittens that include a young adult cat (young adult is under the age of 2 years) in the home. However, we ask that you consider your current cat's personality, energy level, and overall needs when choosing to add a "kitten" to your family. Adoption fees for kittens include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.
