Poppy Sue is an active, an outgoing and a curious girl with attentive eyes and ears. Don't let her name fool you into thinking she's a delicate orange flower; on the contrary, she is small, strong and sweet. Poppy is bold and enjoys exploring everything even if it gets her in trouble; she keeps going like nothing ever happened. Her favorite activities are running, jumping, chasing toys (and other items), and wrestling. She runs after and jumps onto people to play, and excitedly greets them at the door. Poppy purrs and cuddles in a lap when resting and will sleep on the bed at night. Poppy is just perfect! She is the bonded playmate of her brother Angel.

Adoption fee $100 for adult (over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for FIV/FELV, microchipped, have received age-appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend. It may come as a surprise to hear this, but two kittens are actually half the work of one! Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of the cats while also making your life easier.
