❤️🐾 Meet Camilla – A Sweet, Snuggly Girl Looking for Her Perfect Match!
Camilla is a 6-year-old miniature poodle, about 23 pounds, and currently working on trimming down a bit. She came to rescue as a breeder release and after a rough start has blossomed into the most joyful little companion. She greets her people politely and with the cutest happy wiggle.
She is leash trained, loves going outside with other dogs, and enjoys a fenced yard for exploring. She would love a fenced space to play in but it is not required. She gets along wonderfully with other small dogs and cats.
She is doing well with potty training and will need consistency to continue getting better. Camilla thrives on attention—back rubs, belly rubs, warm laps… she is all about it. She’s a gentle little soul who wants to be close to her people and continue building her confidence.
She will need a dental within the next 6–12 months.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
