My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Khalessi, our majestic 8-year-old Rottie who`s here to remind you that first impressions aren`t everything! In her kennel, she might give you the ol` `I`m a tough, brooding guard dog` vibe. But don`t let that fool you! She`s basically method acting for her next big role.
Outside her kennel? Khalessi transforms into a giant, adorable teddy bear who thinks belly rubs are currency and rolling in fresh grass is an Olympic sport. She`s also a master of the `head-in-lap, adoring stare` maneuver, which is guaranteed to melt even the most stoic heart.
Khalessi is seeking her loyal subject – an experienced owner who understands the Rottweiler heart. Someone dedicated to training, consistency, and building her confidence with all the positive vibes. Think of it as her royal training academy!
Bonus points: She seems pretty chill with other respectful dogs! While the commoners (other barking dogs) cause a ruckus, Khalessi remains unfazed, focused solely on the joy of being out of her kennel. She just cruises past, happy to be stretching her legs and getting some sunshine
If you`re an experienced dog lover ready to uncover the massive heart of this sweet Rottie, Khalessi is waiting! Apply to meet her and prepare for a lifetime of unconditional love (and maybe a few grass stains).

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is simple. If you are interested in one of our wonderful animals, come meet them. You will talk with one of our shelter attendants to assess the right fit for your family. The adoption fee for dogs is $40 and $25 for cats. If the animal you are interested in has not yet been spayed or neutered, we will get the pet altered before you take him or her home. If the animal is too young or you have come a long way to pick him or her up, you can pay a Spay/Neuter deposit, which will be refunded once the required paperwork has been submitted to our admin office by the deadline date.
