Aro, previously known as Aragorn is an amazing boy. He is great with the other dogs and he is a delight with people. He is also living in a home with a dog savvy cat. Aro loves his toys and playing fetch. He is a fun boy and wants to hang with his people. He is good in the crate and house trained. Aro loves playing in water. He is a helpful partners when it comes to watering the garden. Aro is good with older kids. He is good on leash and his recall is amazing. Aro has successfully completed a board and train program.

CalPaws K9 Rescue was established in October 2019. We are an all-volunteer non-profit dog rescue focused on saving dogs of all ages and breeds. Our volunteers consist of experienced animal rescuers located across the San Francisco Bay area and beyond.

Our mission is to improve and save animal lives by promoting quality care, compassion and education.
