Meet Dixie – Your Loyal Shadow and Adventure Buddy!
Dixie is a loving, playful, and incredibly smart girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She thrives on being near her people—whether she’s curled up at your feet, trotting beside you on walks, or snoozing on the couch after a full day of play.
Dixie is high-energy but settles beautifully with structure, walks, and mental stimulation. She’s fully house-trained, has made huge strides with leash skills, and loves riding in the car (especially with her head out the window!).
She’s great with other dogs and would love a calm, confident canine companion. While still learning to trust in certain situations (like vet visits or unexpected handling), she’s making amazing progress and just needs someone patient and kind who will continue building her confidence.
Her ideal home is adult-only or one with older, respectful kids. Dixie is affectionate, goofy, and incredibly loyal—once she trusts you, she’s all in.
