Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are currently looking for a calm, loving home for a very special senior cat who deserves a peaceful place to spend her golden years.
This sweet girl has spent most of her life outdoors and is now ready for the warmth, comfort, and security of an indoor home. She is a quiet, gentle soul who startles easily and takes her time getting used to new people and environments. Because of her skittish nature, we believe she would do best in an adult-only household without other pets or the hustle and bustle of young children.
While she may be reserved at first, she has a lot of love to give once she feels safe. With patience and a gentle touch, she blossoms — and when she trusts you, there’s nothing she enjoys more than soft chin scratches and a cozy spot to nap nearby. Before considering adding me to your life, please make sure you have the appropriate amount of time, space, and resources available to care for me for my lifetime.

More about this shelter
Companions Animal Center is a non-profit organization funded exclusively by donations and grants. Every day we receive numerous homeless animals. We shelter, feed, and provide medical care for these animals while searching for loving homes for them.
As a "No-Kill" shelter, animals who are in our facility do not face a "be adopted quick or else" ultimatum but rather are cared for until they can be placed.
Our Mission - is to focus all of our efforts and resources toward directly benefiting the quality of life for all abandoned or mistreated pets with the ultimate goal of finding each one a loving household in which to share their lives.
