  1. Submit Application
  2. Approve Application
  3. Home Check
    Provide Photos of yard, gates, fencing, indoor sleeping area for pet and pix of other dogs in home.
  4. Meet the Pet
  5. Sign Adoption Contract
    Pay Adoption fee and take the Pet home.

We do adoptions by appointment only. You must submit and have your application approved, then we will set up a meet and greet. We will select an area that is close to you at a PetSmart Location.
