My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky is a gorgeous one year old black and tan short hair purebred Dachshund.  He weighs 17 pounds, and is the perfect weight.

He will chew on anything you drop.  I keep the toilet paper on a table in the bathroom, because he will pull it all out and chew it to pieces.  He tears up the pee pads.

Rocky is a love.  Wags his tails, and loves attention.  Favorite spot is right next to you on the sofa.  He has a loud bark when he uses it.  NEEDS A HOME WITH A YARD.  NO APARTMENTS OR CONDOS.  VERY VOCAL. Would do better with someone home more than away.  Don't know about cats, but he gets along fine with other dogs.  HE DOES NEED ANOTHER FUR COMPANION.  NO YOUNG CHILDREN.

If you're interested in adopting him, please complete an adoption application to be approved:  www.dachshundrescueoflosangeles.com
