I’ll do best in a quiet, calm home where I can feel safe and slowly blossom into my best self.

I really do enjoy attention and affection — I purr, I lean in, I want love — but sometimes I get a little overwhelmed and need a break. I always give gentle warnings first… I’m just a tiny bit spicy, in the cutest possible way.

What I truly need is someone patient, kind, and willing to let me set the pace. With time, I’ll reward you with trust, sweetness, and the deep bond only a once-scared kitty can give.

Whiskers Pet Rescue is a no-kill cat rescue organization in Southbury, Connecticut. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity of volunteers committed to helping and caring for cats and kittens who have been abandoned, injured, abused, or neglected. We're a hard-working group of people with a huge passion for helping our whiskered friends. We rescue and adopt out hundreds of cats and kittens each year, placing them in loving forever homes.

We are constantly rescuing new cats/kittens in need and we won’t rest until each and every one of them has found their forever family.
