Meet Spud – Your New Best Friend with a Heart of Gold 🐾 Male | FIV+ | Certified Human-Lover | Professional Snuggler If you’re looking for a cat who lives for human affection, Spud is your guy. This handsome gray-and-white sweetheart is basically a marshmallow with fur—soft, warm, and happiest when he’s curled up near his favorite people (which is all people). Spud is FIV positive, which simply means he has a slightly weaker immune system, but it doesn’t stop him from living a long, happy life—and it definitely doesn’t stop him from being the most loving cat on the planet. FIV isn’t contagious to humans or dogs, and with proper care, Spud can live just as long as any other cat. He’s laid-back, gentle, and thrives in a calm home where he can soak up all the love and give it back tenfold. Whether you’re working from home, watching TV, or just hanging out, Spud will be right there with you—purring like a little engine of happiness. If you are interested in adopting this pet please visit www.blackfordcountyanimalshelter.com to complete our online adoption application.
