Personality: Sandy is tiny but mighty! He is a silly, feisty cat but he is sweet and loving with humans. He lives outside but would rather be inside with a loving human with cat experience. He is a tough guy amongst his cat community group.

Although it is believed he once had a home, he showed up one day at the foster’s home looking very haggard and skinny. Once he was neutered and vaccinated, he has stayed in the foster’s yard, trying to avoid the other cats because they were mean to him. The other cats have gradually started to accept him and he even gets to eat with them now. Sandy would most likely be best as an only cat.
