My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Smitty & Smokey are at Cat & Craft in Vista. ***

Smitty #19739: white/orange tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 4/1/25
Smokey #19776: solid gray, medium hair, neutered male, born approx. 3/7/25

Cats: **BONDED PAIR** & like others
Dogs: okay
Children: likely all ages

BACKGROUND: A lady in Ramona was temporarily living in a trailer after her house burned down and was feeding the cats in the area; a pregnant kitty snuck into the trailer to give birth and surprised the lady with newborn kittens that included Smokey. Smitty was born near a home in Idyllwild. When the homeowner realized the mother cat had not returned for several days, she searched and found that she had been killed. Smitty and Smokey met in foster care and became brothers of the heart.

PERSONALITY: These darling boys are a delightful blend of affection, fun, and feline charm!
---Smitty is a happy-go-lucky guy. This people-focused kitty is a delightful dream who lives for interaction! He is very sweet and playful and will do impressive back flips for wand toys. When the playing is done, he’ll snuggle against your side making “happy paws” as he waits for you to give him a good belly rub.
---Smokey is the duo’s gentle soul. A big fluffy mellow fellow, he is the sweetest kitty you’ll ever meet. He loves to quietly observe the world and finds joy in the simple things; a soft hand for petting or the steady company of his best friend. He may not be the first to leap, but he is always part of the fun.
---Family isn’t always something you’re born into… sometimes it’s something you find. Smitty and Smokey are a match made in foster care, each the last of their litters, and quickly became each other’s world. They have a special “found-brother” bond and MUST be adopted together.

COMPATIBILITY: Well-socialized and adaptable, they do well with other cats, respectful dogs, and should be fine with respectful kids of all ages.

Together, Smitty and Smokey offer a perfect harmony of sweetness. They`ve already chosen each other; are you ready for them to choose you?
