My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quick facts: ~5yrs, fixed, has some scars and damage to his ears from fights in his past and does take allergy medicine for his skin (just Benedryl), he is older and has a easy-going energy

A special guy, he had lived a life of untold horrors and has now come to be the sweetest, gentlest, happiest dog. He went from being only outdoors to being crate trained, house broken, good with other dogs, and a lover of strangers.

Rescued from the shelter literally the last minute, he was surrendered by his owner who was hoarding over a dozen Jindo / Lab mixed dogs. They were all fighting with each other and Devin being the oldest was the most beat up. We think he is handsome despite his scars and damaged ears. He is house broken, crate trained, good on a leash, loves to lounge with his people. He will need some patience while being introduced to other dogs and cats because he was so unsocialized before and can be afraid, but his nature is gentle and he prefers to have peace. He has come so far to realize he is safe, now he just wants a soft spot to lay and to be a best friend to someone special.
