Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rugar was found in the woods starving and scared. He was not housetrained and did not know commands. Since being fostered he has learned commands and is leash trained. He likes to be with people and cries when left alone in a crate. Rugar will follow his person anywhere. Rugar gets along with children and other dogs but has not been around cats.
