Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Addie is the snortiest, snuffliest dog you could ever hope to find! She’s very friendly and up for adventures, although with her short snout, she shouldn’t overexert herself, especially when it’s hot outside. She is also quite content snoozing on the couch at home.

This girl is good with kids and would make a fantastic family pet. She will likely need to be the only animal in the home - Addie does not always get along with other dogs and has a high prey drive towards smaller animals.

Addie is house and crate trained. We can’t wait to see this good girl find her forever home!

Like all SAAP adoptables, Addie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and flea/heartworm prevention. The only thing she is missing is you!

Additional adoption info

You are required to sign a legally binding contact on your new pet. As part of that contract, should you no longer be able to keep the animal for any reason, the animal MUST be surrendered back to SAAP. This is to ensure the animal is placed back in foster care while we secure a new approved home for the animal. However, we always try to ensure that the initial placement is best for the pet and your family. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.

We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?

We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
