Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Goldie!
Our sweetest Goldie is an absolute doll and deserves the world. Goldie came to us completely skin and bones and starving, just a few days postpartum to 10 new puppies, one not even being hers, yet she accepted it as her very own. She was an A+ momma and gave her all to her babies, all whilst being incredibly sick with heartworm. You can’t tell us that momma dogs are superhero’s!!!
Goldie must have a little bit of trauma with people because she is slow to trust at first. When I say slow, I really mean like one or two days… so not really that slow. All Goldie needs are humans that understands she needs a few minutes of space to allow people in. Goldie has improved so insanely much since being in the safety of our foster care rescue. She can explore new stores without immense fear and allows people to say hi to her. We say she is good with kids but we would like older more experienced kids so they don’t overstep her needs/boundaries.
Goldie is great with other dogs and will be an incredible second dog or can thrive as an only dog as well. She does have a high prey drive so we have not cat tested her.
Her heart is huge and we only want the absolute best home to shower her with as much love as she possibly needs on a daily basis.
Goldie is crate and potty trained, spayed, dewormed, and vaccinated. If you are interested in adopting our sweetest Goldie, please fill out an application on our website, www.outriderdogsrescue.com.
Thank you for choosing adoption!

All of our pets are in foster homes but we will have the occasional adoption event. We are known to understand and have the knowledge of each pet in extent so that all applicants are confident to commit to a certain pet and meet/adopt them at their adoption meeting!

More about this rescue
Outrider Dogs Rescue was established in 2019 as a foster based non profit dog rescue. Our mission is to find homes for abandoned and neglected dogs regardless of the age, breed, or temperament. We are a group of volunteers who spend their free time fostering, transporting, feeding, medicating, entertaining, training and loving dogs until a permanent family can be found. We specialize in helping pregnant or new moms that are dumped off in shelters or found roaming the streets, raise their litter, find forever homes, all whilst nourishing the mom, spaying her and finding her an adoptive home. In 2021 we started rescuing cats of all ages and breeds and will continue doing so as long as we are operating.
