Meet Athena...she is our one eyed Tortie and you would not know that she only has one eye because it does not stop her from doing anything. She was abandoned on a porch with a terrible eye infection. It was just too much and she ended up losing her eye. But it never stopped her purring even for a second. She is very rambunctious and adventurous and honestly she would do best with another kitten or cat that is willing to play with her. She does love attention, and loves getting petted and will crawl into your lap but when she is ready to play be ready because "she wants to play". She has a great personality but she is a Torti.....and true to her name she is a warrior....She will be very shy to start with but once she knows you...she will bond hard to you...

Our kittens are located in Foster homes and raised as part of our family. If interested in adopting from Fixing for the Future, please submit an application and someone will get back to you. Our rescue kitties are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, dewormed and given monthly flea and tick prevention.
