What matters now is that Dovie's now is filled with love, yummy snackos, scritches, and ALL the A/C.She has all the soft spots to rest, and she has nothing but love for everyone she meets. Her EPIC foster mama thinks her IDEAL home would match the following Dovie criteria: A single-family home with no stairs. She's totally fine if they work away from home. She's pretty chill and self-reliant. Cats are okay (she has had no reaction to them). She 100% needs someone who can keep up with her grooming daily (ideally an experienced bull family member or someone 100% willing to learn and stay in touch with our team for check-ups and check-ins). She's excellent at taking small, short walks (in her buggy, she says walking is for humans!). Dovie is fighting fit and showing us a little more of the silly, delicious girl she really is every day. She has truly blossomed into the sweetest soul. Every day her gentle, affectionate personality shines brighter - she's a loyal shadow and a total cuddle bug when it's time to unwind. She truly is Bulldog perfection. We cannot wait to see her settled with her perfect family (and, we are ALL going to be so, so jealous of them!). Submit an adoption application via our website. Candidates can apply for a specific dog or submit a general application.

Interview
Go through our interview process, including a virtual home check.

Approve Application
If applicants are approved, they will be notified by our team via email. They may or may not get a match, at this step.
4.
Meet the Pet
Applicants must go to the foster's home to meet their match in person and are encouraged to bring their dog(s) and kid(s), if applicable.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
Review medical records, sign our adoption contract and pay the adoption fee in full.
6.
Take the Pet Home
Adopters must pick up their dog in person and get them home safely. Sorry, ABR cannot ship dogs.

ABR is a matching rescue -- while our teams take dog preference into account, we ultimately match families to the dog best suited for their home and lifestyle.
