Meet Raisin Bran!
She is just beginning to discover what it means to feel safe and cared for. She and several other puppies came from a hoarding situation where they didn’t get human interaction or basic care. They knew humans to be cruel and the world has felt a little too big and scary.
These pups came in back in July 2025 and since then they have all made great strides and are finally ready to find their own forever homes. Since they're still a little timid and unsure, we think they would do best with another canine companion who can show them the ropes.
Every day they take small steps forward—whether it's coming a little closer for treats, following you around the yard, or learning to trust the touch of a hand.
They are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and adoption fees ($100) includes a voucher to get them spayed/neutered at Western Trails Vet in Edgewood, NM. Apply now!
